First you’ll need to create a new account using our migration form. Inputting the same phone number, email address, and/or loyalty card number associated with your legacy account will help our system locate your points and rewards, but we understand that information may sometimes be outdated or unavailable.

Once logged in, you’ll be able to review any points/rewards our system was able to match to your information. If your balance is missing or incorrect, please email us at rewards@redheattavern.com and our team will be more than happy to assist you.

Our new program is exclusively a points-based system. When migrating your account, we converted the dollar balance of your legacy account into points at a rate of 60 points per $5 in queued rewards.

Red Heat Rewards members may choose to redeem 150 points for $10 off, or save up to redeem 250 points for $25 off. $10 and $25 rewards are always available to redeem if your points balance is high enough. To redeem a reward in the app, tap the "Redeem Rewards" button and select the reward you'd like to use. If not using the app, your server will need your phone number to look up your account and apply your reward.

If you place an online order while logged into the Red Heat Rewards app, you’ll be able to apply any available rewards on the checkout screen, and points will automatically be earned once your payment is processed.

If ordering from the RedHeatTavern.com website, make sure to select the red “Sign In with Red Heat Rewards” button instead of the regular black Sign In button, and use the same email and password that you use to log into our app/web portal. You’ll be able to see any available rewards on the checkout screen, and points will be applied once your payment is processed.
