Iconic American Restaurant Day

Join us on Tuesday, August 24th as we pay homage to some of New England’s most iconic restaurants! For one day only, we’re featuring specials recreated from classic Union Oyster House, Eastern Standard, and Hilltop Steak House recipes. Though these trailblazing restaurants have closed their doors, their impact on the New England food scene remains strong, and the memories we forged in their dining rooms and bars can’t be forgotten.

From Union Oyster House, we’re featuring a Clam Chowder Appetizer made New England-style with fresh clams, diced potatoes, onions, celery, and a creamy base.

Next, Eastern Standard’s Locals Only cocktail, featuring Myer’s Dark rum, triple sec, earl grey tea, and fresh lemon.

Finally, from the indelible Hilltop Steak House, a 14 oz Prime Rib with Hilltop’s house-made rub and horseradish sauce, served au jus with garlicky mashed potatoes and choice of vegetable.
