Snack for a Cause During Celiac Awareness Month
May is Celiac Awareness Month, and we’re turning up the heat on food allergy awareness! Since our opening day, Red Heat Tavern has been committed to creating food that is not only allergy-friendly, but also high-quality and full of flavor. 99% of our menu can be modified to accommodate specific allergies and nutritional needs, including celiac disease.
That’s why we’re so excited to partner with the National Celiac Association and MendHunger to support their rapid-response, gluten-free disaster relief program. This much needed safety net provides no-cost, celiac-safe food boxes to people in need during natural disasters across the continental United States.
It’s easy to contribute: a portion of sales from every order our house-made Chips and Onion Dip will benefit the NCA x MendHunger program during the month of May. Help us make a difference for the members of our Celiac community most in need when you snack for a cause all month long!
